Prizemlji se, umiri svoj živčni sistem in uravno Prizemlji se, umiri svoj živčni sistem in uravnovesi svojo čakro tretjega očesa.

Preprosta, a učinkovita vaja aka ZASTONJ TERAPIJA

Lezi na tla in začuti umirjenost okoli sebe. Osredotoči se na podlago pod sabo, njeno teksturo, mehkobo, temperaturo. Poslušaj zvoke.

Pri tem zelo pomaga osredotočanje na dihanje. Dovoli, da te vsak dih neguje in hrani.
Naše tretje oko najbolje deluje, ko je prizemljeno v realnosti. V nasprotnem primeru se zlahka izgubimo v domišljiji in iluziji. 

Ker je element čakre tretjega očesa svetloba, bo um postal veliko bolj jasen, če boš redno hodil/a na svetlobo. Na fizični ravni svetloba prebudi epifizo, ki izboljša delovanje tretjega očesa.

Poskusi in javi, na kak način to vpliva nate. 🤍

Šesta in sedma čakra skupaj ustrezata področjem Šesta in sedma čakra skupaj ustrezata področjem, ki jih je Jung imenoval nadzavest, drugi pa transcendentna, transpersonalna ali kozmična zavest.

Spodnji dve čakri sta bili področje instinktov in nezavednega uma, ki sta se pretakali z gravitacijo v skladu s svojo naravo.

Pri tretji čakri smo se prebudili v egoistično zavest - občutek ločenega jaza z voljo, da se upremo instinktivnemu toku ali ga usmerjamo.
Čakre tri, štiri in pet v veliki meri vodi ta egoistična zavest, saj je v interakciji z zunanjim svetom in integrira izkušnje na notranjih ravneh.

Področje transpersonalne zavesti je področje, ki je onkraj ega in instinktov, vendar odraža in združuje oboje.

V tem odsevu lahko vidimo, da sta šesta in sedma čakra mentalno zrcalo nižje oziroma srednje zavesti/čaker.

Šesta čakra simbolično odraža nezavedno, medtem ko je sedma čakra področje zavestnega razumevanja. 

V starodavnih tantričnih besedilih, ki prikazujejo čakre, so prikazane njihove glavne nadije
/kanali energije/, ki se ovijajo okoli čaker. Dva nadija, Ida in Pingala - ki naj bi bili polarni nasprotji, sončna in lunarna, moška in ženska - se začneta pri prvi čakri in se ponovno srečata pri šesti ter polarizirata vsako od vmesnih čaker in prispevata k njihovemu vrtenju.

Dejstvo, da se srečata v šesti čakri, nam pove, da sta obe dvojnosti prisotni in združeni, preden se energija premakne v transcendentno, nedualistično naravo kronske čakre.

Šesta čakra je torej podlaga, v kateri se dvojnosti srečajo in preobrazijo. Med njimi sta tudi dvojnost zavestnega in nezavednega.

Doing non-doing Non-doing has nothing to do with Doing non-doing

Non-doing has nothing to do with being indolent or passive. Quite the contrary. It takes great courage and energy to cultivate non-doing, both in stillness and in activity. Nor is it easy to make a special time for non-doing and to keep at it in the face of everything in our lives which needs to be done.

    But non-doing doesn’t have to be threatening to people who feel they always have to get things done. They might find they get even more “done”, and done better, by practicing non-doing. Non-doing simply means letting things be and allowing them to unfold in their own way. Enormous effort can be involve, but it is a graceful, knowledgeable, effortless effort, a “doerless doing”, cultivated over a lifetime.

    Non-doing is trully the work of a lifetime; and conscious all the while that the doing mode is usually so strong in us that the cultivating of non.doing ironically takes considerable effort.

    Meditation is synonymous with the practice of non-doing. We aren’t practicing, to make things perfect or to do things perfectly. Rather, we practice to grasp and realize the fact that things already are perfect, perfectly what they are. This has everything to do with holding the present moment in its fullness without imposing anything extra on it, perceiving its purity and the freshness of its potential to give rise to the next moment.

TRY: During the day, see if you can detect the bloom of the present moment in every moment, the ordinary ones, the “in-between” ones, even the hard ones. Work at allowing more things to unfold in your life without forcing them to happen and without rejecting the ones that don’t fit your idea of what “should” be happening. See if you can sense the “spaces” through which you might move with no effort. Notice how if you can make some time early in the day for being, with no agenda, it can change the quality of the rest of your day. By affirming first what is primary in you own being, see if you don’t get a mindful jump on the whole day and wind up more capable of sensing, appreciating, and responding to the bloom of each moment.
